As soon as the lease is signed, the apartment is officially secured as yours.

To secure your apartment, submit your damage deposit (equal to half one month’s rent) and provide your information to set up pre-authorized withdrawals, starting on your lease start date.

Move-in details are outlined in your lease. Once the lease is signed and all required items are submitted, we’ll schedule a date and time to hand over the keys to your freshly cleaned, move-in-ready apartment.
